Generating the Customer Snapshot as PDF

Procedure

To generate the Customer Snapshot as PDF:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Customer Snapshot tab.
    The Customer Snapshot appears.

  3. Select Generate PDF.
    The Customer Snapshot appears as a PDF in a new browser window.

  4. Click File>Print from the browser toolbar to print the PDF.
