About Expert Comments

Overview

You can use eCredit to generate Expert Comments that are based on a comparison of the portfolio average ratios to a customer's ratios. The percentile distribution for each ratio is a scale for gauging the performance of individual customers. In general, the Expert Comments report interprets the percentile distribution for all ratios, except expense-related ratios, in the following way:
 

Note:  For expense-related ratios, the preferred values are lower rather than higher. Therefore, the performance adjectives are applied to the ranges for expense-related ratios in the reverse order to what is shown above.

Also, if you select a portfolio when generating a Financial Profile Report, the report includes Expert Comments.
