Requesting Reuters Products Using Company Lookup

Procedure

To request Reuters products using Company Lookup:

1. Select the customer. How?

2. From the External Financials tab, select Company Look Up.
   The Company Lookup screen appears. The screen displays the results from a previous search if one was performed.

3. If the company you want to request information for does not appear in the Company Lookup Results, in the Company Name field, enter a keyword found in the company's name and click Lookup. The keyword you enter can appear anywhere in the company name.
   The Company Lookup Results section lists the companies that match the keyword you enter.

Note: By default, the number of matches is set to 50, but you can change this number.

4. In the Company Lookup Results section, select the option button for the company for which you want to request information.

5. Select the product from the Select Product list. You can select Market Snapshot, Reuters Fundamentals (financial statements) or Significant Developments.

6. Click Submit.
   The Event Data screen for the selected product appears. The screen is filled in with the Reuters Report No.

7. Click Submit Event.
   The requested information appears on the screen.
