E-mailing the Customer Snapshot

Procedure

To e-mail the Customer Snapshot:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Customer Snapshot tab.
    The Customer Snapshot screen appears.

  3. Click Email.
    The Email Customer Snapshot screen appears.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • Type the address in the To, CC or BCC fields, or

    • Select business contact addresses stored in eCredit for this customer:

      1. Click Use Contacts.
        A list of business contacts for the customer appears.

      2. Note: To see internal contacts, select the Internal Contacts check box.
        The screen refreshes to display the internal contacts stored for the customer.

      1. Select the contacts to whom you want to send the Customer Snapshot. You can select the To CC and BCC boxes.

      2. Click OK.
        The Email Customer Snapshot screen appears.

  1. In the Body section, type the message you want to send with the Snapshot. You can enter up to 2000 characters.

Tip: To archive the Snapshot, you can save it as a customer note by selecting the Save to customer notes check box at the bottom of the Email Customer Snapshot pop-up. The Snapshot will be available in the Notes feature for the customer as an attachment, and the e-mail message you entered will show as the note.

  1. Click Send.
    The Snapshot is sent as a PDF. If you selected the Save to customer notes check box, the Snapshot is available in the Notes feature and the e-mail message you sent will be available as the note.
