Customizing Screen Tables on the Credit Request Details Screen

Procedure

To customize screen tables on the Credit Request Details screen:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the View Designer tab, select Edit Credit Request.
    The View Designer screen to customize Credit Request Details screen appears.

  1. To change the display label for a table column:

    1. Locate the table column header for which you want to change the display label and click it. A table is identified by the table icon .
      The Edit icon appears.

    2. Click the Edit icon.
      The pop-up screen to edit the column display label appears.

    3. In the Label text box, type the label for the column header and click the save icon . To exit the pop-up screen without saving changes, click the cancel icon .

  2. To change the sequence in which the columns display:

    1. Without releasing the mouse, click the column header you want to move.
      A dotted black box containing the name of the column appears. This dotted black box moves with the mouse pointer.

    2. Move the mouse pointer to the target location. When you move the mouse over a column header, the column header has a white outline. Releasing the mouse over a column header with a white outline moves the column header to the right of this position.

  3. To remove a column from a table, click and drag the column header to the Recycle Bin.
    The column is no longer displayed. You can restore the column by clicking and dragging it back to the table.

  4. To add columns to a table:

    1. In the Recycle Bin, locate the section for the table. The section lists all fields for the section that are not already being displayed in the table.

    2. Without releasing the mouse pointer, click the field that you want to include as a column header for the table.
      A dotted black box containing the name of the column appears. This dotted black box moves with the mouse pointer.

    3. Move the mouse pointer and release it at the target location in the table. When you move the mouse over a column header, the column header has a white outline. Releasing the mouse over a column header with a white outline moves the column header to the right of this position.

  1. To save the changes you have made, click Save at the bottom of the View designer screen.

Note: If you exit the screen without clicking the Save button, none of the changes you have made are saved.
