change the display label for a section title |
Click the
section title.
The Edit icon appears.
Click the
Edit icon.
The pop-up screen to edit the section title appears.
In the Label
text box, type the label for the section title and click the save icon
. To exit the pop-up screen without saving changes, click
the cancel icon .

change the position of the section on the screen |
Without releasing
the mouse, click the section title bar you want to move.
A dotted black box containing the name of the section appears. This
dotted black box moves with the mouse pointer.
Note: If
you need to scroll the screen to position the section, click one of the
arrows on your keyboard and the section header at the same time. You can
then use the keyboard up and down arrows to scroll the screen as you move
the mouse.
Move the
dotted black box with the section name to the target location and release
it. Rectangles outlined with dotted lines mark the possible target locations.
When you move the mouse over a dotted rectangle it becomes black to indicate
that releasing the mouse will position the section in that location.

click the downward facing arrow .
The arrow now points right and the fields for the section no longer display
on the View Designer screen. This is how the section will initially display
for users, but they can click the arrow to maximize the section. |

click the right pointing arrow .
The arrow now points downward and the fields for the section display on
the View Designer screen. This is how the section will initially display
when users access the screen, but they can use the arrows to minimize
the section. |
hide a section so that it does not display |
click the section title bar and drag it to the Recycle Bin. You can
restore the section by dragging it back to the target location.
Note: You
cannot hide sections if the section contains any locked fields. |
