Accessing Credit Requests from the Customer Analysis Module

Procedure

This procedure is the most efficient method of retrieving a customer's credit requests when you are working in the Customer Analysis module, and therefore have already selected the customer.

To access credit requests from the Customer Analysis module:

  1. After selecting a customer, select the Credit Requests tab.
    All credit requests for the selected customer appear. The credit requests are sorted by the date the credit request was created, with the most recently created credit requests at the top of the list.

  2. Select the number in the Tran # column for the credit request.
    The Credit Request Details screen appears.
