Viewing Work Queue Tasks for a Customer

Procedure

To view work queue tasks for a customer:

1. Select the customer. How?

2. From the tab at the top of the screen, select the Task List link.
   The Work Queue Search screen displays your work queue task for the selected customer.

Note: The Task List link is available on any of the screens for the customer.
