To complete actions currently in your work queue for
customers:
On the Work
Queue Summary screen, select the customers for whom you want to complete
all action items in your work queue.
Click Complete.
A warning appears asking if you want to complete all current and past
due actions for the selected customers.
Click Yes to
continue.
One of the following occurs:
If the number
of actions to be completed is below a maximum (1000 actions), the customer
is removed from your work queue and your work queue totals update to reflect
the completion.
If the number
of action items associated with the selected customers is over the maximum
level, the completion is converted to a batch job that will be performed
during the nightly processing.
If the customers
are scheduled for batch completion, in the Search Results section, the
information in the row that includes the customer name appears in blue
text.
