Completing Action Items in Your Work Queue

Procedure

To complete actions currently in your work queue for customers:

  1. On the Work Queue Summary screen, select the customers for whom you want to complete all action items in your work queue.

  2. Click Complete.
    A warning appears asking if you want to complete all current and past due actions for the selected customers.

  1. Click Yes to continue.
    One of the following occurs:

    • If the number of actions to be completed is below a maximum (1000 actions), the customer is removed from your work queue and your work queue totals update to reflect the completion.

    • If the number of action items associated with the selected customers is over the maximum level, the completion is converted to a batch job that will be performed during the nightly processing.

    • If the customers are scheduled for batch completion, in the Search Results section, the information in the row that includes the customer name appears in blue text.
