Viewing Action Item History

Procedure

To view action item history:

  1. Access the collection activities. How?

  2. If you are in Distinct Action Item view, select wither All or Latest action per invoice from the Action Item View list and click Search. You cannot view action item history when in Distinct customer action view.

  3. On the Collection Activity screen, click the History icon in the History column for an invoice.  
    A pop-up screen displays the actions completed for this invoice, and the date on which the actions were completed.

  4. To dismiss the pop-up screen, click Cancel.
