Adding Business and Internal Contacts for Invoices from the Collection Activity Screen

Procedure

To add business and internal contacts for invoices from the Collection Activity screen:

  1. Access the Collection Activity screen for a selected customer. How?

  2. In the Customer Profile section, click Contacts.
    The Contacts screen appears.

  3. Click the Add link to add a business or internal contact for the customer.
    Your choice opens the customer's Business Contacts or Internal Contacts screen.

  4. Enter the contact information in the appropriate screen.

  5. Click Save to save the contact information.
