Viewing Total Effective Collateral in Different Currencies

Procedure

To view a customer's total effective collateral in different currencies:

1. Select the customer. How?

2. From the Customer Information tab, select Collateral.
   The Collaterals List screen appears.

3. From the Currency Conversion section, select the currency, unit, and conversion date for calculating the total effective collateral transaction amount for the customer.

4. Click Calculate.
   The Total Effective Collateral Amount field displays the total using the selected currency information.

Note:  If you select a conversion date for which no exchange rate data has been entered, eCredit uses the most recent prior date for which data is available. Therefore, selecting the current date ensures that you receive the most recent exchange rate data.
