Select a group for a user if you want to limit the user
lists that the user appears in. For example, the Owned By list on the
Credit Request Search screen is a list of eCredit application users. The
list contains the names of active eCredit users assigned to the Sales
Rep Group. It will not contain users assigned to the Credit Analyst Group.
Note:
If you make no Group selection for a user, leaving the Group field
blank, then the user appears in all selection lists of user names So a
list contains the names of users assigned to the role associated with
that list, and any users who have no group selection.

When searching for credit requests, eCredit users can
locate credit requests by selecting the Sales Rep as the owner.
When eCredit users change the credit request owner,
the Sales Rep can be selected as the new owner.
When credit requests are submitted or resubmitted, the
Sales Rep can be selected as the owner of the credit request. |

Credit Analyst or Collector
|
When searching for customers, eCredit users can locate
customers by selecting the Credit
Analyst or Collector assigned to them.
When assigning a cautionary status to a customer, eCredit
users can select the Credit Analyst or Collector as the user assigning
the status. |

nondisclosure or restricted access account, you can select users in the
