Marking Workgroups for Deletion

Procedure

If the active workgroup ruleset references the workgroup you want to delete, replace all references to the workgroup in the active ruleset before deleting the workgroup.

To mark workgroups for deletion:

  1. Select Admin from the Main menu.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Policy Administration tab, select Workgroup Setup.
    The Workgroups screen displays the list of workgroups.

  3. Do one of the following:

    1. To mark a single workgroup for deletion, select the check box in the row for the workgroup, and click Mark for Deletion.

    2. To mark all workgroups for deletion, click the check box at the top of the column of check boxes, and click Mark for Deletion.

Notes:

    • If invoices are currently assigned to the workgroup, the  workgroup is actually deleted only after all assigned invoices are closed.

    • To alert users that the workgroup is marked for deletion, 'Marked for Deletion' now appears after the workgroup name in selection lists.
