Modifying Strategy Branch Information

Procedure

You can modify any information for a strategy at any time. However, if the strategy is associated with a segment as a Champion or Challenger strategy, when comparing effectiveness metrics, select dates so that you are not mixing effectiveness metrics for the period before and after the changes were made.

To modify strategy branch information:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Policy Administration tab, select Strategy Setup.
    The Strategies screen appears.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the strategy for which you want to modify branch information.
    The Strategy Definition screen appears.

  4. In the Branch section, select view/edit in the row for the branch you want to modify.
    The Branch Definition screen appears.

  5. Change information for the branch, such as the control date, offset days, branch name, or the selection to create only current or future action items.

Note:  To change the due date for all tasks in a branch, change the number of branch offset days. The due dates for all tasks in the branch are adjusted accordingly.

  1. Click Save.
    If you changed the branch name, the branch name is updated on the list of branch names used when selecting a Start Branch for an event or Disposition task.
