Bulk Action Item Completion feature

When collectors complete action items from the Work Queue Summary and Collections Activity screens, if the number of action items exceeds a maximum, the completion is converted to a batch job that occurs during the nightly processing. You can use the Bulk Action Item Completion feature to view details for these completion job events.
