Changing Process Thresholds

Procedure

To change business process thresholds:

1. Select Admin.
   The Admin Home Page appears.

2. From the Policy Administration tab, select Process Threshold.
   The Maintain Process Threshold screen appears.

3. From the Process Threshold Category list, select the part of the automated decision process that has the threshold you want to change.
   The screen refreshes to display only the thresholds for the category you select.

4. Select edit in the row for the threshold you want to change.
   The Process Threshold pop-up screen appears for the selected threshold.

5. Change information for the threshold value and click Save.
   The business processes now use the new value when evaluating credit requests.
