Adding One Time Holidays

Procedure

 To add a one time holiday:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page is displayed.

  1. Select Non-Workdays from the Business Administration tab.
    The Non-Workdays screen is displayed.

  2. Select the country for which you want to add the schedule from the Select Country list. The schedule is used for all collectors having that country entered on their User Profile.

  3. Enter or select the date for the holiday in the One Time Holidays section.

  4. Enter the reason for the holiday in the Description field.

  5. Click Add to add the one-time holiday to your work calendar.
