Maintaining Non-Workdays

Overview

By setting up non-workdays in eCredit, you exclude certain days from the working calendar for all collectors so that actions items do not fall due on these days. You can set up a non-work period as:

• Repeating non-work days during the week, such as weekend days

• Single day holidays

• Periodic holidays

You can set up multiple non-workday schedules for the different countries in which your collectors work.
