Configuring the AR Summary Screen

Procedure

To configure the AR Summary display labels and sort order on the AR Search screen:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Display Labels.
    The Display Label Setup screen appears.

  3. From the Table Name/Screen Name list, ensure that AR Summary is selected from the list.

  4. To determine the sort order for the records that display on the AR Data Search field:

    1. From the Available Fields list, select the field that you want to use to sort the records on the AR Data Search Results section, and select the arrow that points down.
      The field that has a display order of 1 is the field used to sort the records on the AR Data Search screen.

    2. From the Sort Order list, select Ascending or Descending to determine the order in which the records are sorted.

  5. To edit aging bucket and performance data display label:

    1. From the Available Fields list, select the aging bucket or payment performance fields for which you want to edit display labels.

    2. Select the arrow that points down.
      The fields you selected appear in the Selected fields list.

    3. In the Selected Fields list, click in the Display Label column, and enter the label you want to appear.

Notes:  

  1. For AR Summary, you do not select fields to determine what appears on the screen or the sort order; you select aging buckets and performance fields to change their display labels only.

  2. For AR Summary, the Sort Order selection is used only for the field with a display order of 1 to determine the sort order for the records on the AR Data Search screen.

  3. For all subsequent field, the Sort Order selection is not used.

  4. Click Save.
