To configure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Select Admin.
The Admin Home Page appears.
From the Business
Administration tab, select Dashboard Setup.
The Dashboard Setup screen appears.
Configure the
KPI values. You can enter the following information:

KPI Name |
The name you want displayed for the graph for this KPI
in the Dashboard. |
Chart Type |
Pie, Bar, or Line. |
Page Number |
The page that you want this KPI to appear on. |
Page Order |
The order for the KPI on the page. |
Minimum Threshold |
Enter the minimum value for the KPI. This value establishes
the lower limit you consider acceptable for the KPI. If the KPI falls
below this value, you receive an alert. |
Maximum Threshold |
Enter the maximum value for the KPI. This value establishes
the upper limit you
consider acceptable for the KPI. If the KPI is above this value, you receive
an alert. |
Alert Message |
Enter the message that you want to appear whenever KPIs
do not satisfy the minimum or maximum you defined for them. |
Click Save.
