Changing Template Information for Correspondence

Procedure

To change template information for correspondence:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Correspondence.
    The Notification Templates screen displays all templates created for your eCredit implementation.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the notification template you want to edit.
    The Notification Template Details screen appears.

  4. Change information for the template. You can change all information except the Template Name and Module. The template name and module are determined when the eCredit Professional Services Organization (PSO) creates the template.

Note:  To make the template available to users in the Automated Decisions or Customer Analysis modules, the Is Active check box must be selected.

  1. Click Save.
