To delete customers from business hierarchies:
Select Admin.
The Admin Home Page appears. From the Business
Administration tab, select Business Hierarchy.
The Business Hierarchy screen appears. Enter Search
information to identify the business hierarchy from which you want to
delete customers. You can search by hierarchy name, or by information
for any customer in the hierarchy. How?
Click Search.
The Search Results section displays all hierarchies matching the information
you entered.
Select view/edit
in the row for any customer in the hierarchy.
The Hierarchy Details screen appears. Select the
option button for the customer you want to delete.
Notes:
When you delete
a customer from the hierarchy, you automatically delete all customers
under the selected customer. You cannot delete
the customer that is the root (top level) of the hierarchy. To delete
the root customer you must delete the entire hierarchy. How?
If a customer has
an allocation from the parent account, you cannot delete the customer
from the hierarchy.
Click Delete. |
