To locate business hierarchies:
From the Business
Administration tab, select Business Hierarchy.
The Business Hierarchy screen appears. Enter search
information to locate the hierarchy. You can search by hierarchy name,
or by information for customers in the hierarchy.
If you enter
search information in only the Hierarchy Name field, the Search Results
section displays all customers in any hierarchies that match the information
you enter. If you enter
information for only a customer, the Search Results section lists only
the customers that are in hierarchies, and match the customer information
you enter. All customers in the hierarchy might not be listed. If you enter
information for both the hierarchy and the customer, the Search Results
section displays only the customers that match the customer information
you enter, and are in a hierarchy that matches the hierarchy name you
enter.
Click Search.
The Search Results section displays the customers and hierarchies that
match the information you enter. To view the
details for a hierarchy, select view/edit in the row for any customer
in the hierarchy. |
