The Bureau products that you can access using eCredit
include text credit reports, parallel format products that include text
and machine data, packet data, and segment data. The bureau products you
select are available to credit analysts when they are directly submitting
requests for bureau information. You must subscribe to the bureaus whose
products you select.
Before you can select products, you must enter the login
information.
You can select the fields you want to include in the
packet data and segment data products you select. This allows you to streamline
the bureau response for these products to include only the fields required
by your credit analysts. You can also customize the display labels for
these products. How?
You can set the overall default bureau product that
displays when credit analysts first access the screen to manually submit
requests for bureau reports. You can set this for your most commonly requested
bureau report so that credit analysts do not need to make selections to
access the screen to request it.
You can also select a default product for each bureau;
when analysts select that bureau the request screen for the bureau's default
product appears, so that analysts do not need to select it. You can set
this for your most commonly requested product for each bureau. How?
