Maintaining Bureau Logins

Overview

You use the Admin module to set up the login information for each bureau whose products you use. The credit bureaus to which you subscribe provide you with the login information required to access them. Using the Bureau Login feature of the Admin module, you register this login information in eCredit to automate your accessing these external information providers directly from eCredit.

Note: You must enter bureau login information before you can select bureau products.

If you are a subscriber administrator, you can also set up login information for your sources for credit request origination. This enables each of your sources to have separate credit bureau accounts.

Required login information

The required login information differs by credit bureau. The following table lists the information required for each bureau.
