To add a work queue task for a credit request:
Locate the
credit request in the Search Result list. How?
In Search Result
section of the Credit Request Search screen, select the option button
in the row for the credit request transaction.
Click Move
to Work Queue.
The New Work Queue Task screen appears.
Select the
work queue process for which you are creating the task.
The Task selection list fills in with the tasks defined for the work
queue process you select.
Select the
task.
If you select an automated task that has parameters defined for it,
the parameter fields appear on the screen.
Enter any additional
information for the task, including any parameter values.
Note: If
you add an automated task, when you click Save the automated process starts.
Click Save.
The Work Queue Task Details screen appears. For a manual task, the
Action Items section displays any pre-defined activities for the task.
For an automated task the automated process is started.
Note: You can
use the Action Items section to add action items to the manual task. How? |
