Saving the Snapshot to Customer Notes

Procedure

To save the Snapshot to customer Notes directly from the Snapshot screen:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Customer Snapshot tab.
    The Customer Snapshot screen appears.

  3. Click Save Snapshot to Notes.
    The Comments pop-up window appears.

  4. Optionally, enter a note for the Snapshot in the Notes feature.

  5. Click Save.
    The Snapshot is available as an attachment in the Notes feature for the customer, and the comment appears in the Note box.
