Activating a Portfolio

Procedure

Be aware of the following when working with a portfolio:

  • When you make any change to a portfolio definition, the status automatically changes to inactive. This ensures that eCredit does not generate statistics for a portfolio until the definition is completed. You must activate the portfolio before eCredit will generate statistics.

  • When you create a new portfolio, the status cannot be changed to active until the portfolio has at least one member selection criteria and an Exposure portfolio must have at least one metric selected.

To activate a portfolio:

  1. Select the portfolio. How?

  2. In Search Results, select the link in the Name column for the portfolio.
    The Portfolio Definition screen appears.

  3. Select Active for the Status option button.

  1. Click Save.
