Maintaining Your User Information

Overview

Using the Admin module you can change your password, and some information in your user profile. Only the system administrator can change certain information, such as your primary and secondary managers, authority limit and currency, your allocation limit, your group, and access and business role assignments.

When changing your password be aware that eCredit passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Password must have at least eight and not more than fifteen characters.

  • Passwords must include a mix of letters and numbers.

  • Passwords must include at least one of the following special characters: ! @ # $ % &

  • When your password expires, you cannot reuse a password that is the same as your last x number of passwords. This number can be from 5 to 99 and is determined by your business administrator.

When your password expires, you must immediately change the password or you are not able to continue using the application.
