eCredit Modules

Overview

eCredit includes the following modules. Your business license and your use role assignments determine the modules that are available to you.

Description

Home - eCredit Home Page

Personalize your eCredit Home Page with the information you need to organize your work and complete tasks. You can select to have the eCredit Home Page appear by default when you log on to eCredit.

Automated Decisions

Process credit requests using an automated process to generate a decision. Review the data used by the automated process when it generates a decision, and modify the decision when necessary.

Customer Analysis

Maintain a broad range of customer data, such as contacts, references, and financial statements. Generate credit risk scores, bureau events, and create credit lines without using an automated decision process. If a Reuters subscription is included as part of your eCredit implementation, eCredit provides real-time access to Reuters for financial statements and reports for publicly traded businesses.

Work Queue for Credit

Manage action items in work queues at the transaction, customer, or user level. Automatically or manually schedule action items

Work Queue for Collections

View work queue totals and action items created by your collections strategies. Log promises, disputes, and followup actions that dynamically update work queue totals. View a Customer Profile that includes aging, collection metrics, notes, and upcoming actions for the customer.

Portfolio Management

Maintain standard portfolios that represent different industry segments in your customer base. eCredit uses portfolio data when generating Expert Comments through the Financial Analysis feature.

Reports

Design your own tabular or summary reports and generate these reports whenever you need them. You can save the report definition for future generating or create ad hoc reports that you generate without saving the definition.

Define drill-down reports that provide more details for data in the first level report.

Add additional filters to  user-defined reports after you generate them to refine the report definition and capture the specific data you need.

Export your user-defined reports to a spreadsheet application

Create a PDF version of your user-defined reports.

Generate and print the standard eCredit reports and any custom reports eCredit has created for you. Export reports to any spreadsheet application to format and manipulate the reports.  

Dashboard

View a visual presentation of collection Key Performance Indicators (KPI) through a series of graphs. The Dashboard graphs are a performance management tool that provides visibility into collection performance across your company.

Disputes

Log and manage disputes from a central location.

Admin

Maintain the eCredit application and its users, and implement application security. All users can change their profile information and passwords.
