To view scores generated by the automated decision process:
Locate the
credit request in the Search Result list. How?
In the Action
column for the credit request, select Scores.
The Scores screen displays a list of scoring events When a credit analyst or business process initiates the processing of
a scorecard, a scoring event is created. Each event is assigned a system-generated
Event ID, that is used to identify the event when viewing scoring results
and scorecard definition details.

Note: You can
view scoring results only when the status column for the event changes
to Success. To update the status
column with the current processing status, click Refresh.
To view details
for the score event, select view/details in the row for the score event.
The Scorecard Results screen displays the details for the scoring event.
All criteria for the scorecard are listed under the Criteria Name column.
To view the
factors for a criterion, you can either use the scroll bar, or select
the criterion in the Criteria Name column at the top of the screen.
To view details
for each factor, you can either use the scroll bar, or select the factor
in the Factor Name column in the section for the criterion that includes
the factor.
