Viewing the Decision and Decision History for a Credit Request

Procedure

To view the decision and decision history for a credit request:

1. Locate the credit request in the Search Result list.  How?

2. Select the link in the Decision column for the credit request.
   The Decision screen appears.

3. If there have been changes to the decision, to view the history of these changes, click Decision History.
   The Decision History Details screen shows the decision history.

Note: The Decision screen appears automatically when a decision is generated for the request, but you can view the decision at any time after processing is completed.
