Viewing the Bureau Report Generated by the Decision Process

Procedure

To view the bureau report generated by the decision process:

1. Locate the credit request in the Search Result list.  How?

2. In the Action column for the credit request select Bureau.
   The Bureau Reports screen displays the bureau events Every time credit bureau reports are requested through eCredit, the request is referred to as an event and is given an event ID to track it. generated by the automated decision process.

3. Select view/edit in the row for the bureau event.
   The Bureau Result screen displays all sections of the text report or packet data for the selected event.

4. To select a specific section of the result for viewing, from the Display list, select the section of the results you want to view.
   The Bureau Result screen displays only the selected section.
