Deleting Tasks from Work Queue Processes

Procedure

Note:  You cannot delete a task if the task is being used to store a record in a user's work queue.

To delete tasks from work queue processes:

1. Select Admin.
   The Admin Home Page appears.

2. From the Business Administration tab, select Work Queue Processes.
   The Work Queue Processes screen appears.

3. Select view/edit in the row for the process from which you want to delete a task.
   The Work Queue Details screen appears.

4. Under Process Tasks, select the option button for the task you want to delete from the process, and click Delete.
