Changing Task Information

Procedure

To change information for a work queue process task

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Work Queue Processes.
    The Work Queue Processes screen displays a list of all processes defined for your workflow.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the process for which you want to change task information.
    The Work Queue Details screen appears.

  4. In the Process Tasks section select view/edit in the row for the task.
    The Work Queue Process Task screen appears.

  5. In the fields at the top of the screen change information for the task.

Note: You cannot change the type after the task has been saved.

  1. Click Save.

If this is a manual task, you can add activities to it. How?
