Adding Work Queue Processes

Procedure

To add work queue processes:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Work Queue Processes.
    The Work Queue Processes screen displays a list of all processes defined for your implementation.

  3. To add a new process click Add.
    The Work Queue Details screen appears.

  4. Enter information for the process.

  5. Click Save.

You can now add tasks to the process. How?
