Viewing Scheduled Events for a Report

Procedure

To view scheduled events for reports:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Report Setup.
    The Reports Search screen appears.

  3. Enter a name or category to identify the report you want to edit, and click Search.
    The Search Results section displays the reports that match the information you enter.

  4. Select view/edit in the row for the report for which you want to view the schedule.

Note:  A report can be scheduled only if it has been set up for batch generation. Reports that can be scheduled have Batch selected in the Search Results section of the screen.

The Report Details screen appears.

  1. Click View Scheduled Events.
    The Report Schedule Events screen displays the events that have been scheduled for the report.

  2. To view details for an event, select view/edit in the row for the event.
    The Report Scheduled Event Details screen appears. The Report Parameters section lists the values used for the parameters when generating the report.

  3. To return to the Report Schedule Events screen, click Cancel.
