Scheduling Report Batch Generation

Procedure

To schedule report batch generation:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Report Setup.
    The Reports Search screen appears.

  3. Enter a name or category to identify the report you want to schedule, and click Search.
    The Search Results section displays the reports that match the information you enter.

  4. Select view/edit in the row for the report you want to schedule.

Note:  Reports that can be scheduled have Batch selected in the Search Results section of the screen. If the Report has Scheduled selected, this means that the report has already been scheduled. You must cancel the schedule before you can enter a different schedule.

The Report Details screen appears.

  1. Click Schedule.
    The Report Schedule Details screen appears.

Note: The Schedule button is not enabled if there is already a schedule entered for the report.

  1. In the Report Details section, select the Output Format and Delivery Mode for the report. If you select e-mail as the Delivery Mode, enter the e-mail address to receive the report in the Email field.

  2. In the Report Parameters section, enter a value for any parameters defined for the report.

  3. To schedule the report using the information you just entered, click Schedule.
