Editing Report Details and Parameters

Procedure

To edit report details and parameters:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Report Setup.
    The Reports Search screen appears.

  3. Enter a name or category to identify the report you want to edit, and click Search.
    The Search Results section displays the reports that match the information you enter.

  4. Select view/edit in the row for the report you want to edit.
    The Report Details screen appears.

  5. Change details for the report. You can change any information except the name, the template file name, the generation mode, the batch frequency, and the selection box that indicates whether or not the report is scheduled for batch generation.

Notes:

    • If you clear a selection from either the On Screen or E-mail selections for Delivery Mode, you are not able to change the selection after you save it. If you need to restore a delivery method that you have cleared, contact eCredit.

    • When you select an Output Format from the list, that output format becomes the default value that appears in the list when users are generating the report. However, users are still able to generate the report by selecting a different value from the list.

  1. To edit a parameter:

    1. In the Report Parameters section, select view/edit in the row for the parameter you want to change.
      The Report Parameter Details screen appears.

    2. Change any of the editable parameters.

    Note:  Clear the Is Displayable selection when the parameter has a default value that is a consistent value that users do not need to adjust each time the report is generated.

  1. Click Save.
