Canceling a Schedule for Report Generation

Procedure

To cancel a schedule for report generation:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Report Setup.
    The Reports Search screen appears.

  3. Enter a name or category to identify the report for which you want to cancel a schedule, and click Search.
    The Search Results section displays the reports that match the information you enter.

  4. Select view/edit in the row for the report for which you want to cancel the schedule. If the report is currently scheduled, in the Search Results section, the check box in the Scheduled column is selected.
    The Report Details screen appears.

  1. Click Cancel Schedule.

Notes:

    • The Cancel Schedule button is not enabled if the report has not been scheduled.

    • After you cancel the schedule, the Schedule button becomes enabled.
