Adding Approval Authority Range Information

Procedure

To add approval authority information

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Business Administration tab, select Approval Authority.
    The Approval Authority Setup screen appears.

  3. In the Approval Authority Setup section, select Add.
    The Concurrence Approval Setup screen appears.

  4. Enter the Lower Limit and Upper Limit transaction amounts for the range, and the number of approvals required for the range.

Note: The number of approvals you enter is in addition to the first approval.

  1. Click Save.
